Poor Service

After the accident i had to run around and get more and submit my documents. they went behind my back to the cheapest panel-beater and asked them to drop the price by more than R4000.00. I now have to accept the quote in order for the car to be fixed and what am i left to do now? Take public transport which is the bus which i don't feel safe by doing, but what choice do i have? I need to go to work. Can't believe the company and not even an apology letter from the company or the driver.
