Poor Service.

I bought a weekly (10 rides) last night, this morning it showed I have 1 ride remaining after boarding the bus,and used the last ride coming home. I called in to the contact centre to check if this is correct. The agent tells me it's there but I won't be able to say it, but the slip says other wise. Tell me I need to hope that my card will work in the morning. Ridiculous, he lacks training, has no empathy towards consumers and his voice projection says alot.
