Poor customer service by driver

Bus number 4891 the driver didn't stop at the bus stop and eventually stopped far from the bus stop.

When I nicely asked the driver why didn't he stopped for me while I was stopping the bus at the bus stop he rudely told me that he will do what he feels like doing.

The urgument escalated on us being rude with each other and him threating to stop the bus and beat the **** out of him. Therefore I told him to do so.

If u don't sort this out as golden arrow u will loose customers due to ur drivers being unable to have customer service and being rude and threatening to beat the hell to customers.

We live in a bad world and there's a guy threatening to beat the hell of me. If anything happened to me then golden arrow will be responsible for my life.
