Please teach ur drivers their routes and stops

I got in a lost city bus in montague drive at 16.30 (2604). When we got to lost city I presse the button to get off the driver tells us he can't stop there coz its not a bus stop(just after the corner of alma in lost city). That's always been a bus stop but the drug addict stole off the actual bus stop. What ****ed me of the driver wants to argue with us and he's the one at fault not knowing he's stop. Its also dangerous 4 me getting off at the other bus stop cause they always rob people on that field. If ur driver drops me there again and something happens to me I will take it futher.
