Phillipi East Female driver Rudeness

Hi, I take the Phillipi east bus from Woods or Killarney depending. I just want to bring to your attention the manner the female driver that drove 4569 on thursday. I get the bus between 18:10 and 18h30.

This lady is extremely rude always fighting with passengers. Shes verbally abusing to the passengers. Is this your code conduct? Is this part of the Golden Brand being rude and not respect your passengers?

When passengers tell her that they will report the matter she treats passengers and she would say "Go ahead and report me, nothing will be done" Apparently she worked for Golden Arrow for 9 years, thats what she mentioned in one of her altercation with a passenger.

Can you please give this lady a refresher course on Respecting an individual please. Shes a bully and it seems like her being a driver gives her the platform to bully and verbally abuse the passengers.

If you have a wellness programme and i would suggest that she gets refered to it because her conduct with the passengers is not normal.
