PATHETIC SERVICE WITH EXPENSIVE RATES

I would like to raise an official complaint about @GoldenArrowBus. We have been seating at the Bus Terminals for over 2 hours and there's no bus!!!

Khayelitsha has the largest population in the Western Cape and we support Golden Arrow tremendously but we always get disappointed at all times.

Ive been here since 06:45 only 2 City Express bus went past and they were extremely full and they both did not stop (Spine Road)

No communication received, nothing. Am suppose to be at work at 08:30 and at 08:24 am still waiting for a bus.

When you call the useless line they do not give clear communication too.

Am done with Golden Arrow. Am a really angry commuter at this point and I know there are other commuters who feels this way!!!!
