Pathetic service

Good evening to whom ever the owner is of Golden Arrow. I wouldn't even waste my data to google who you are. There is so much complaints of commuters of the bad services you give. It seems all complaints are ignored. If it was not for us you wouldn't be in business at all. Your hours of bus times are pathetic. If you could consider to make it every half hour that would be amazing and people would give you more ratings than just a one star. There are people that lives depend on your services but you are pathetic with the hours of bus service.
