Pathetic Service

Please just want to know how in the hell do you send a new driver on a route alone without someone to teach him the route.

You are playing with your passangers lives because this morning the driver on the Uitzight route that goes via Burain Estate made an accident because does not know the route.

This is not the first time that I happens because they expect the passangers to teach the drivers the routes and they have to pay still full price for tickets.

We need a resolution to this problem ASAP.
