Pathetic service

For as long as I can remember taking the 17:35 bus from Cape Town to Manenberg has always been a problem...... NEVER ON TIME.... 2018 hasnt eve started properly yet and its like 2017 never ended the way the service is that you provide. Yesterday the 14-02-2018 was the worst ever not even you Inspectors knows what the hell is going on. We waited from 17:35 for our bus to arrive at 17:45 we asked the inspector where our bus is, he said its on its way (the same story he gives every other day) at 18:32 a bus arrived that the inspector went to fetch, the driver first of all miserable because his suppose to be at home already and the inspector went to fetch him to drive us. Then what happened next was shocking, he had no cash machine in the bus for the 2 cash paying commuters, the drive of buss 4263 then drove with all of us still in the bus to the Saltriver depo to go get a cash machine where he spent another 20 minutes inside doing God knows what. The inspector also informed us that drivers doesn't want to drive the Manenberg route because of violence, but ever they drive to Bontehuewel, MPlain ect... so ***... get your staff and your buss fleet sorted out, you got no problem raising fares taking our money but when it comes to proving a service that you get paid for, you suck...... Golden Arrow service has dropped.
