Pathetic Service

I'm so disgusted with Golden Arrow once again. I'm exasperated at the level of incompetence of this Company. I've been late thrice in one week due to a lack of city buses, 2 buses have not shown up for the past week or more I assume the drivers have resigned and taken the buses with them because there is no way in hell you can just take 2 buses off that root where as the 2 buses wasn't nearly enough for all the people currently. Now I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a freaking bus which is completely ridiculous. There came one city bus at 7:20 and it was so packed the driver never even stopped. Since 7 I only got a bus at 7:35. There will be a petition drawn up as people have started taking the taxi and train due to this. Awaiting to hear response that better be with a solution. As the rest of the people taking that root is awaiting to hear from you as well.
