Pathetic Bus driver - Bus 4412 Eindoven

I am totally disgusted and disappointed in Golden Arrow's bus drivers

Bus 4501 Eindoven Freeway left today at 18h17 and only had to leave the bus terminus at 18h30 possibly leaving passenngers behind thinking the bus must still come.

On Wednesday 28 Jan 2021 bus 4412 Endoven via Mowbray after coming out of Eindoven rd refused to go down the side road as the main road was closed due to raod works. He was rude and told me i can do wjat i want to he will not drive down there as he is not a taxi or other bus drivers. I can report him he dont care. I refused to get out of the bus and he gave me a R10 to take a taxi. He dropped me at a dangerous point where they normally rob people. I ecpect Golden arrow ti take action as his behavior was unacceptable and its not the first time he is rude to the passengers
