Passengers Stranded in Pouring Rain on N2

<p>I was APPALLED anD AGHAST to hear what disregard, Golden Arrow seems to have for their passengers. My employee and a packed to capacity bus was left STRANDED, standing outside in the POURING RAIN on side of the N2, for almost 3 hours...when the bus that they were travelling in broke down. I've been told that traffic police arrived, and even they repeatedly called Golden Arrow to arrange transport for the stranded passengers, instead a tow service arrived to collect the bus...and passengers were only transported almost 3 hours later.</p>
