Passenger endangerment

I am shocked and was frightened for my life today as I travelled on a Golden Arrow bus traveling from Panorama to Makhaza, the bus leaves Panorama at 19:15 and arrives in Makhaza at around 20:30 but today the driver was unsure of the route and left people at some bus stops and this being the last bus on that route meant those individuals were left stranded on a Friday evening. The other disturbing fact was the fact that he was busy on his cellphone while driving and could therefore not hear the bell when passengers wanted to get off the bus nor could he be attentive enough to those who wanted to climb onto the bus. He was rude as well, swearing at passengers as they go off the pass was the last and final straw. I am appalled at this BAD ATTITUDE and very disappointed (for lack of a better word) to say the least.
