OVERCHARGING FOR BUS FARE

This Morning 06:50 after waiting 1 hour for the N1 CITY BUS from Town Centre Mitchells Plein to N1 City <br> i could not wait any longer on Jakes Gerwel Drive opposite Bonteheuwel and took the Killarney Bus <br> the driver insisted i pay R17.90 till Libertas Voortrekker road which normally costs roundabout R8.50 to R9.00<br> I showed her the ticket of how much i usually pay and she refused i was forced to pay R17.90 because i could not risk getting to work late again .. I dont normally complain over petty things and this is my first complaint on Hello Peter for anything but this is gross misconduct the way she told me to get out of the bus as if i didnt even pay.. What are you as Golden Arrow Bus Services a much needed service of the Community going to do about this . the bus no. 4314 licence CA 562 053 Female African Driver.<br>
