Over Crowded bus

Good day<br> <br> The 6h00 Bellville Term to Blaauwberg Bus is causing me and the other commuters to be late EVERY single morning, for the past 3 weeks. <br> <br> more and more people are making use of the bus, with the result that it is overcrowded and delay our time on the road (besides the traffic). It is a Safety hazard, seeing that 4-5 people are standing behind the door when the passage is already full. <br> <br> I would like to know what Golden Arrow is going to do about this. I cannot afford to be late everyday and also my safety is a huge concern.<br> <br> I did send an email two days ago to the Complaint department, but haven't received any feedback yet.<br>
