No social distancing and no sanitising

Good day..for the first time I have started using golden Arrow bus services since the pandemic..I was under the impression that we are practicing social distancing however there are no spaces between people at all everyone sits right next to each other and buses are being overloaded..please explain why this is happening and the buses are not being sanatised at all because one would be able to smell whether is sanatised or not..I am so highly disappointed golden Arrow does not care about the lives and safety of our people..people are coughing on buses and sneezing right next to the one they sitting. This experience has caused me great anxiety and I'm taking this further because its major and it is unacceptable..something needs to be done about this immediately before more lives are taken by inconsiderate people like golden arrow
