No smart cards @ Golden Arrow for 3 weeks??

Golden arrow has run out of their smart bus cards. These cards are used to load your bus fare. I was told that they dont have stock. No stock for three weeks and no idea when they will get cards. I logged a complaint and was told i will have to wait a week for feedback. Is GA the new metro fail?
