No reply to Facebook inbox or emails after complaint

To whom it may concern

03 Dec 2017, the 13:00 bus from Bellville to City went past us at Sanlam Centre Bus stop.

It 1stly did not drive in the proper lane to stop. Then when we indicated to stop it switched off the sign saying " City " then came over and drove past.

We were 10 peopl standing there at the stop and was made to wait another 30min for the nect bus to arrive.

Unacceptable and total unproffesional service , just a pity I didnt have time to take a pic of the licence plater of the bus.
