NO ON TIME BUS

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>As a loyal comuter of Golden Arrow, for half of my life I have been using your services and was a very happy customer, however on serveral occasion my experience with Golden Arrow has been disappointing, I travel from Delft to Cape Town on a daily basis taking either the 08h45 bus or 09h45 bus depending on my work shift, this morning was just the last straw as I have now wasted money on a weekly clipcard again as the bus scheduled for 09h45 did not pitch I waited for about 45min for this bus but no sign of it.</p> <p>I feel that this is bad customer service . As a young female waiting on a bus that never almost arrives on its designated time, i am putting my safety at risk as well as my job.</p> <p> </p> <p>Somehow this matter needs to be resolved or I will request the money I have spent thus far on alternative transport to be re-imbursed to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p> <p>Simone</p>
