No Longer the Bus for US

On Tuesday evening, 19th of April, Bus number 4417 - Driver: Spikey as his known to many of his passengers refused to open his doors at the Observatory bus stop by KFC. After numerous attempts and eventually having to bang on the door, Spikey eventually opened the bus doors for passengers to enter. His passengers who were already on the bus which departed Cape Town Bus Terminus at 16:50, made it known that they control who gets into the bus and who doesn't since they already know who takes the bus and if it isn't \their\" people then they wont open and that person will have to wait for the Valhalla Bus. I live in Matroosfontein and i am new to travelling with the bus and Spikey's bus is the only bus that passes through Matroosfontein in the evening. Please can you explain why passengers are allowed to dictate to Bus Drivers who he may stop for? Is this not meant to be \"The Bus for US\" Spikey was extremely disgruntled about having to stop and i am disappointed in Golden Arrow for providing such an ********** service!! "
