no feedback

It was 7:30 am on the 4th September 2014 the 7:30 bus was abit late and there was lots of people waiting to get on, which I was the last.when I got on the driver was very rushed because he was late.there was still a few people paying as I stood there and the next minute he closed the door on my foot.when I told him what he did he still gave me attitude about it, not realizing the seriousness of the situation, I just paid and sat down but when I stood up I couldn't not stand on my foot.as soon as I got to work I realized my foot was swollen and bruised, I was sent to the doc and she said my foot was fractured, she booked me off for 4 days that was unpaid sick leave. I then contacted golden arrow and spoke to Thandi who forgot to even log my complaint on that day as I had to call back and follow up and then when I called back I had to lay the complaint from the beginning and this time I spoke to Nazeem who promised to call me back which he did and after that he said that Golden Arrow will contact me soon and that's the last I heard of them.its been almost 2 years since the incident and I have gotten no feedback as I followed all the correct procedures
