No Bus and Noise in Bus

<p>On the 2nd of May 2017 I was left stranded in Westgate Mitchell's plain Cape Town awaiting for the arrival of the ****arney Gardens Bus. I'm confused how is it possible that there was no busses upon my arrival at 06:05am the mowring. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
