Need help

On 20 of March in the morning on my way to drop off my wife ,my car was bumped by Golden Arrow bus at the back of my car,also that driver admitted that he was wrong ,i went to open a Case , follow all the procedure,i went to claim to office they gave me claimation form &Assessor came to viewed my car,then we agreed that they will pay for the damage of my car,now they send a letter claim ref (506/0772/18 )state that the bus had the right of way when i tried to cut infront of the bus at an innopportune moment which resulted in a collision,i still have the proof of the pictures also the people who witness that accident took place,please help me!
