Made me late and then tried to kill me

I arrived at vangate bus stop at 6am this morning wanting to take a century city bus that usually gets to me at 6:05. To my surprise it was full and drove straight past me and 2 others. Again another came at 6.30 he also ignored my signal as I assume he was under the impression that he was full. Then the next bus at 06:45 came and I was dreading this. Simply because this man is extremely rude and does not stop at the bus stop. He opens the door in the traffic forcing me to get into a moving bus. He then shouted at me to come and get in quickly. Saying things like I don't know him and what he is capable of. As I got in he pulled breaks and I grabbed the counter trying not to fall. Instead knocked my arm on the front of the counter because I was still giving him my ticket. This was my 3rd attempt to take the bus this morning. I had no choice because I was already late. Taking the bus has become such a horror. Everyday buses are too full and you have squeeze in and then stand hanging for 45 mins. I don't understand why bus ticket prices go up but service goes down. I don't expect to be greeted only to get to my destination safely. This happens everyday. I'm extremely fed up.
