Late for work AGAIN!!!!!!

This morning the bus from lost city to cape town the first long bus, came extremely late and then I had to stand in the bus where there was 2long buses people in and also the bus went to stuck on the ramp for over 30mins the driver did not inform anyone what's going on until we forced him to open the doors, he didn't even make an effort to stop buses for us to get in this is ridiculous.
