Late coming of bus
On this day our bus that is scheduled to leave Tygervalley mall @ 07h30 pm only. Arrived at 07h50 pm and is unacceptable. We pay for this service and will not accept that we have to wait to be picked uop as all have families and houses to go to. This is not a given as we could have used alternative transport but chose your company. Please ensure that this does not happen again! Bus. No 4472
