Late buses from Bayview via Strandfontein

Since February 2025, we be complaining to Golden Arrow about the poor services via email and all we got was an automated reply. In this reply someone would contact us but we are still waiting. We wait every morning in Strandfontein at 7am for the Citi bus which departs from Bayview and they are always late. Bus will only arrive between 8:30 and 8:40. The excuse from the call center agent , the are traffic and road work on the road but there are none between Bayview and Strandfontein. The one agent was sarcastic towards my daughter telling her there is only traffic for the Citi buses. What I can't understand is why all the buses departing from Town Centre via Strandfontein are all on time. Can someone please explain this to me.
