Injury caused by a bus driver

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with the way I have been victimized by 1 of your drivers. So I have been driving the century city to Mitchell's Plain bus for years. Today I was actually physically injured by the driver. Since I have complained about her tardiness, (and I told her that I complained) she has victimized me. When I get in, I'm the only passanger she never greets. I am also the only passanger she does not pass the ticket to she literally just puts it down for me to reach for and looks out the window. When i get off by my stop she drives way way passed my stop for me to walk further. All thes behaviors started as I said when I complained. Today was the last staw and I am going to find a way to sue as she is a representative of Golden arrow. I got up at my stop, and she just sped before i was even up the stairs or close to a seat and I twisted my ankle. I am actually sitting in the bus as I'm writing a review and I can't contain my tears. At what point does people think it's okay to harm someone physically,? I'm already thinking what I'm going to do when I get off the bus, if I am going to manage getting out with my ankle throbbing like this. The bus number is 5055. I am also just letting you know that I will be laying a ******** charge. This is not cool, not by a long shot. Her picture will also be circulating social media. She didn't just have an off day, she purposefully inflicted injury and warm to me.
