Incorrect card loaded

Good day

I have a complaint about ticket operator in Cape Terminus PosOperator 83832 whereby I loaded a weekly card on the 25th of June 2024 but it was never loaded on my instead she loaded it incorrectly on a different card number which is 128133, when I went back on the 26th of June 2024 to show her what she had done she told me the driver must have swapped the cards in which that did not happen at all.

No one swapped my card. She loaded journeys on an incorrect card and refuses to take responsibility at all instead is shifting blame on the driver. The below is an image of the slip I was given after purchasing the weekly card.

I'm now under the impression that your ticket sellers do not care about people's livelihoods and she did not even make an effort to investigate this at all.

My card number is 291396 and I have never used a different one at all and it is her fault and she never made an effort to check the card number she loaded my journeys on, please investigate this as I paid for my weekly card and it was never loaded by that lady.

Please assist with looking into this ASAP.
