Inconvenient Changes

Good day Please note that the situation on the bus from Elsies River to Cape Town has now gotten out of hand , we had 2 busses after each other coming from Elsies River at 6:10am the reason for the 2 was because 1 was too little and crowded as the years went both got overloaded and we requested that another be put on the road as this is a health and safety hazard for many commuting via GABS especially the elderly and pregnant women now they have taken away 1 of the 6:10am busses coming from Elsies River and placed a bus that comes from Elsies River 5:45am not everyone is able to catch that bus due to responsibilities and safety issues in the morning walking in our neighbourhoods that early is not safe at all we the customers requested another bus be put on the road but not the one that has been put on because now the 1 bus 6:10am is chock and block and 2 elderly ladies got sick this morning due the full bus please help and please respond asap
