Inconsistencies

<p>Since i started working in mobray, I have had endless issues with the 05:50 driver leaving from town center to mobray. he leaves before designated time which is as 05:50 and not 05:45. The reason for my frustration is that there is only 1 bus leaving early in the morning., and you have to wait 40 minutes thereafter for the next bus. which does not arrive on time in mobray due to traffic. I am fed up with these driver s as well some tell you they can only stop at a bus stop. whilst other stop at in informal settlements with no bus stops. this is getting riduculus. All i want is some to tell this driver leave on time cause believe it or not 5 minutes makes a huge differrence. I have no logged this request three times with golden arrow call centre and still no joy.The fist time the consultant **** to me and did not log the call. the second and third time i have listed. ref; ********** 560, ********** 672. Now someone please help as i am tired of golden arrow lies.</p>
