I am a Golden Arrow bus customer for the last 8 years .<br> <br> Recently I have received an appalling service from one of the bus driver, this driver for the past two days 19 - 10-2015 & 20 - 10 - 2015 he drove past our stop without stopping!<br> All he does is to nod his head sideways and does not intend on stopping even though the bus is half full!.<br> The bus no. 2416 and the bus passes at my stop at 6:40 am Mon-Fri. to Durbanville<br> <br> I am not pleased with the service I am getting recently from the company one wonders if this is the type of service we now pay for these days to Golden Arrow<br> <br> An upset Customer,<br>
