I want my money!

I would like to know what really is the problem with golden arrow for not wanting to give me my refund or transfer my journeys from my lost card to my other card. It's been 2 months, They don't respond to my emails. R204 does not fall from a tree, I want my money! I will try as hard as I can to sue you guys.
