I have been ill-treated, traumatised, threatened by the Golden Arrow Company

Wednesday, 02nd August 2017 on Imaam Haron road, Lansdowne, a Claremont Golden Arrow bus driving to Claremont, Cape Town drove into my driver door of my stationary vehicle.

At the time of the collision my husband was driving the vehicle he was dropping our kids at school, but stopped at the shop prior to. The drivers door was open as he was about to exist the vehicle, the bus stopped for a passenger in the road to get into the bus , then he (the driver) swerved slightly from the road and into the drivers door of my car. My kids were in a state and questioned why the bus had driven into the car. After lodging the claim I needed to follow up as no one ever got back to me. I submitted all the documents.

Yesterday, I was informed that my claim has been declined by two very rude staff at the claims department, Nazeem Adams and Terence Bulana. I was threaten and told to expect legal action as I am going to now have to pay for damages to the bus??????

I cannot begin to explain the hurt and helplessness that I am feeling, I again tried explaining to Terence that my car was out of the street and not in the buses way. he shouted at me said I must get a lawyer.

I hope that this message reaches someone who is competent and that will be able to actually assist. this is inhuman and injustice and this company is planning to get away with all this wrongful actions.
