how can u do such a thing!!!!!

I don't knw wats going on but 4 the post week frm lost city tafelsig to town we get a short bus ....the bus is at 6 but thn the bus cums 50 2 6 reali nw alots of ppl is use to taking tht bus hw cn u send a short bus n nt the lng 1 ....thn I wait 4 the 6.15am bus n guess wat another short bus n normally its also a lng bus cum on golden arrow I'm getin sick of ur bad service nw I mean ma we PAY for our bus tickets ....I get up early enuf so that I cn get a bus in tym bt cuz the bus was 2 full ther wasn't even place to stand I cme late !!!I'm upset use need 2 fix ur system of hw u run things
