Horrible Service No Communication

Horrible! You will stand in Klipfontein Road forever waiting for a City bus and this is during peak hours. Its as if this company doesnt care whether people get to work on time or not.. I have always been a clipcRd holder but ive had enough of Golden Arrow I am done using your service would rather sit in a crowded taxi
