Horrible Driver

Good day

I am so upset .. I don't know what kind of drivers you guys hire but the driver who drives the 5:05pm (ROCKLANDS) bus from Paarden Eiland to Mitchell's Plain has no regard for passengers safety! I almost fell out of the bus WHILE THE BUS WAS MOVING!!! and doors were closing on me at THE SAME TIME!!! Your driver doesn't even wait till I get out the bus .. All he does is wave me off! The disgusting attitude he has is going to result in Someone getting seriously injured! He is a huge liability and disregards passengers! Countless complaints have been laid against him and yet what does Golden Arrow do? ABSOLUTELY ***OL! It is disgusting how he even treats the elderly! I'll say it Again.. HE HAS NO REGARD FOR PASSENGER SAFETY!! Is this really the kind of people you deem as responsible!

DO BETTER GOLDEN ARROW!!!!! THEN AGAIN COUNTESS PEOPLE GOT HURT ALREADY AND NOTHING GETS DONE!

I truly hope this gets investigated as this bus driver constantly gets away with treating us as passengers like utter ****. HE IS A BIG LIABILITY!!!
