High speed

Am so disappointed today in the morning... I was at phillipi east (Luzuko).. Waiting for the Langa bus. The bus came in a high speed I tried to stop the bus and It stopped far away from the bus stop, I tried to run and the bus left me just Iike that, mind you the bus came late and left just like that waiting on the bus stop almost a hour... The bus number was 4471....please help me to take this matter further... This is not acceptable I arrived t work past 9
