Hartless Golden Arrow Bus Driver

<p>This morning i hopped an Express Bus form Mitchell's Plain Town Centre reason being the bus exist the N2 and joins Liesbeeck Park which the closets to work, othewise i would have to take the City Bus and walk all the way from Groote Schuur Hospital to get to work. </p> <p> </p> <p>So we approach intersection at Hartley Vale Stadium the robot is red and I nicely asked the driver with registration number CA21165 bus number 4116 if i could hop off as the robot was red, their is a bus stop about 500 meters away form this robot. But i thought seeing that the robot is red i might as well nicely ask him if i could hop off, he then ubrubtly rep**** "THIS IS AN EXPRESS BUS AND I AM NOT OPENING THE DOOR" so he proceeded to drive and completely ignored me eventually after 3km he decided to stop and open the door in a demarkated area which was so unsafe for a female and never mind the danger and risk was exposed too haveing to walk back the 3km, and this is after a bus stop that he passed at RiverPark he could've at least used his common sence and dropped me at this bus stop which he proceeded to ignore and pass.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now i say i am a paying patron to an organisation who employes staff who are disrespectfull, arrogan and who has no humanity for the next person, i was dropped off in a demarkated area placing me at risk whilst having to walk back the 3km i can only imagine what could've happened.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Our public transport system is already in shambles and it just saddens me that today i was faced with this unesccary challenge. </p> <p> </p> <p>And the only reason why i have decided to commute with Golden Arrow and not Metrorail is due to the fact that the trains are always delayed the train services Observatory is one of the closest for me to travel to work.</p> <p> </p> <p>But as a paying patron i will rather spend my money with Metrorail and at least be safe.</p>
