Harare Bus always arriving Late at N1 City Mall, instead of arriving at 7:00 but arrive at 8:00

It is very very bad that our Harare Bus arrives an hour late at N1 City Mall each an every day, and the worse part is that we complain every day but No one seems interested to assist us with this issue, it's very funny cause we pay alot of money for monthly ticket yet we receive a very terrible service from GOLDEN ARROW. I AM VERY ****ED OFF about this now cause I only rely on the Bus for my transport but I just received very stinky service from this company.
