The 09:00 service (Town Centre to Cape Town via to Rocklands) did not arrive today. I have been standing in Eisleben Road, Mitchell's Plain since 09:05 and at 10:02 the bus still hasn't arrived. All the operator said was they hadn't heard any complaints about the service not arriving and according to Town Centre, the bus left on time. I then asked if that was the case why hadn't I, or the 2 other people waiting for the bus in Eisleben Road, not see it between 09:05 and 10:02? He then said he'd look into it (without taking any of my details) and slammed the phone in my ear. Golden Arrow is honestly an embarrassment on terms of a transport service at this point.
