I had a very bad experience golden arrow as a paying customer who takes a Temperance Town to Mfuleni at around about 16:50 and that is the only available bus in tht vicinity on a daily basis it didn't bother to show up until i decided to their call centre where i was told they don't even know anything about that bus they only know about the friday one which i feel it was *********** as i use the service everyday and this bus is always coming late than the usual time fpr almost a month until today it decided not to show up leaving us stranded until 6pm where we had get alternative transport and get home late
