GOLDEN (N)ARROW BUS SERVICES

Working in Cape Town CBD from 14:00 onwards using the bus is pathetic. No bus available after 14:00 until well after 15:00 more often 16:00 is ridiculous. So many people depend on this service and more often resort to using alternative means of transportation resulting in further costs in these already challenging times. When you purchase a bus ticket (monthly or weekly) you should in theory receive the same level of service as during the week. COMPLETELY UNFORGIVABLE GOLDEN ARROW BUS SERVICES!!!
