Golden bus driver creates accidents on purpose to get money

I was driving home from N1 city from the back where you park, driving in my lane before me was a Golden Arrow bus driving in my lane so I went to the side path as close as possible because the bus driver refuse to drive in his lane, and then he sc****d the whole right side of the car. There was no where else I could have possible driven, unless I drove on the side path. I had the full right to drive in the middle of my lane, yet I drove on the side and the Golden arrow bus driver refuse to move out of the way. I was borrowing my mom’s car at the time; my car was in the shop for service and I was just quickly going to the store. My mom just had one more year to pay off the car, and she decided to keep the car it’s a good car she bought it brand new and with a additional 6 year service car plan which cost and extra R20000, which is still valid until the end of next year. The car is in excellent shape and she was going to keep it for as long as she could. Now the accessor just decided to sc**** it off, they say it’s too expensive to fix and they just want to pay her out R45000. She payed R120000 brand new for that car and it would have kept her a whole lot of years too come. Just the right side of the car was damage, there was tons of witnesses everyone can see the car can be fixed. I have pictures and tested the car afterwards it could still start the radio was working and everything. If I myself did not move out of the way of the middle of the lane, which I had full right to drive in, the Golden Arrow bus driver would have gone right through me, because he was driving in my lane. It was the driver’s fault and not mine, so why should we not get a brand-new car then, since they just want to sc**** it off. The truck driver that collected the car told me this is the 4th accident from a Golden bus driver at the same spot, where he is collecting the cars. It sounds to me that it is a plan from Golden arrow just to sc**** cars and auction it off. My mom’s insurance is Discovery and they suppose to fight for this but they just going along with everything. I think this is very unfair, my mom bought a brand new 107 Peugeot and was still very happy with the car. Golden arrow won’t pay to fix it, but just sc**** it and the amount that they are paying out is not enough to cover for a new car like my mom had in such good condition with a good service plan. They told her its already in the Auction and nothing have been settled yet. So is Discovery insurance working with Golden arrow to make money from people. I could have been dead if I did not move out of the way. So why is the driver just getting away with this. When I went to the police, they did not want me to make a case they just told me that the bus driver was already there, and I should just take the number. So, who is working with who?
