Golden Arrows inconsistency

Yesterday the 08/02/2017 I find my ticket torn, I did not mind paying the first time the driver told me she could not accept it because I used sellotape on it. I then took time out of my work to go to the inspector to understand what I can do about this. The inspector was based in Century City at 15:30. She advised me that I can use my torn ticket as long as it does not have plastic or sellotape on it. I qoute 'Do not fix a torn ticket, it can be 10 pieces as long as you do not try and fix it, the bus driver can clip it.'. I then removed the sellotape in front her. The 7:30pm bus driver did not mind using my torn ticket. But early today Bus number 4453 8:15AM advised me that I cannot use my ticket because it is in 2 pieces, ignoring the fact that I spoke to an inspector who said it is fine. The second inspector who did not even bother to listen to what was happening advised me that I have to pay cash. Let me remind you that I use the golden arrow bus on a daily, what on earth would cause me to lie. If there was a close depot as they put it, I would have already gone as this is my money that is being flushed down the drain.

So this is what I want, be consistent in your policies, treat customers fairly. Tell your drivers to think logically, not to be processed because process is not always right it is just a guideline.

What was I looking for when I went to the inspector, a clear instruction of what I had to do as my ticket was torn.

A nice inspector who advised me I can use my ticket. Whereas another inspector advised otherwise

The law book of Golden arrow whom I spend thousands of Rands on for a service just because one ticket was torn I could not use it. Honestly what are the number on the clip card for if a driver cannot differentiate if it is ***** or an honest mistake.
