GOLDEN ARROW YOU SUCK

regarding my lost clipcards, i have e-mailed golden arrow several times with no word back. I am purely frustrated, because considering that i have to travel to work everyday and won't be able to retrieve my rides in order to do so as i have to wait until they reply to me i find this very inconvenient and when asking a receptionist at the TDA i was told when asking whether i'll have to pay everyday until they do, quite bluntly that, that's exactly what i have to do
