Golden arrow service pathetic

On Friday evening, the bus did not follow he's proper route, and skipped the bus stop by checkers, leaving me and 4 other ladies stranded with no way home, no money on us, and no one at the call center or depos were really trying to help us, they didn't even wanna ask the driver to turn around to fetch us, so little does golden arrow care about their paying passengers, I buy every month a monthly, and it's not cheap at all, and this is the service we get, what will golden arrow do when people don't want to ride their busses anymore. We had to lend money to get home, and waited 2 hours for the bus.when we called we were told they can't send a bus coz of curfew, and that the staff at the office left at 8pm, a guy said he was gonna call back, and yet he still didn't.
