GOLDEN ARROW'S B**S*** SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF!!!!!!!!!!

<p>My driver just didnt pitch up. Was supposed to get the Strandfontein bus at 18h25 at the first stop in Durban Road coming from Tygervally Mall. After repeatedly calling ********** 463 and them informing me, after following up with the service provider that the driver is 15 minutes late. He still wasnt there at 19h45. THATS NOT 15 MINUTES LATE!!!!!!!! He just didnt ****** show up. Having to consider my safety after standing in the dark for almost 2 hours, I had to take a bus to Mitchells plain and have someone come and collect me. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER........ ABSOLUTE B***S*** SERVICE IN GENERAL. THERE IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS!!!!!!! If I had a choice, I wouldnt use their "service" or what ever the hell they want to call it.</p>
