Golden arrow pathetic service be careful people

My husband bought his weekly on Saturday he works in ottery he went to Elsie's river bus terminus the morning it is a distance from ruyterwacht but unfortunately its the closest to us. He asked for a ticket from elsies to sunset park paid r30 for the card and r147 for the weekly. When he got home he only realised ticket was wrong showing to mowbray he went back but they were closed so this morning 6jan 2020 he went to change it they were so rude and said they can't change it and he cannot bord the bus lucky he had money on him and paid again r30 to go to work. This is so pathetic how companies can get away by steeling peoples money golden arrow is not the bus for us but to *****. I would like to be refunded what a way to start a new year.
