GOLDEN ARROW OFFICIALS INTIMIDATE CLIENTS

<p>I knock off at work @16:30 and normally the bus arrives around 16:45 where I take it. Its either the bus arrived early or very late from its normal time, however I didn't get the bus. Me and my colleague were forced to take a take to Bellville. We got there around 17:05, and the company's says the next bus to depart will be 17:15 and every 15 minutes. But that didn't happen we waited for an hour and no bus came. We called their call centre but they referred to their bellville offices. We were attended to one of their officials, he got so.angry when we asked why we haven't been getting a bus for the past hour. He got so angry to a point he came straight to my face and.told me not to get to his bad side. It then left me thinking what would have happened if I dint walk away. Or is it how this company deals with queries.</p>
